Those who don’t have scuba certifications can enjoy snuba, a local hybrid between snorkeling and scuba that uses oxygen tanks mounted to rafts. Due to its great tourist infrastructure, pristine white sands and beautiful diving areas, Aruba’s Palm Beach claimed the title of the best beach in 2011 according to a travelers’ choice poll.
